LION [message board]

Write about anything related to Lion? No problem.
I firist heard of this group by watching Headbangers ball back in 87'. When the video "Powerlove" was released I automatically fell in 'love' with this power hit. I tried looking for this LP back then when it was released but the problem that my local music store didn't carry it. "Huh?"I thought,this couldn't be. All I got was a "Sorry" by the store owner. Then I went to Wherehouse Records and guess what? I was told it was only out for a "limited" release,meaning that all Wherehouses retailers did not have it in stock. Sadly disssapointed I was,I couldn't stop to look for "Dangerous Attraction" and practically begged my mother to take me to the Bay Area to look for this LP. But of course,why would she drive to a record store in the metropolitan region of S.F. just to look for one small item. The only good thing about this,was that I had it recorded on VHS. Beside that,I don't know too much about Lion,except that Swan played for Hurricane and that Aldrich has a awesome voice. Lion is one of those big hair bands from the 80's that came and went ,yet left behind a trail of talented music for those who grew up in that decade to enjoy.
